“Refugee Talks” Event took place on the 10th of June, 2022 in regard to World Refugee Day, organized by CIFAL Istanbul Youth Platform under CIFAL Istanbul, UNITAR and Bahçeşehir University. In the event which highlighted the basic rights of refugees such as health, social integration, and integration into labor force, Prof. Dr. Ulaş Sunata and Selin Özsoy from BAUMUS presented the critical findings of their article “Feminization of Refugee: intersectionality, solidarity, resistance” raising attention to the vulnerable position of female refugees in particular.
